Did I hear my name called? Actually I had some thoughts about how to
do this, but never did any implementation. The paper is called
``Complex Systems Research on Parallel Computers'', and is available
from http://parallel.hpc.unsw.edu.au/rks/pubs.html (near the bottom).

My focus at present is to do distributed programming in C++, and work
out practical ways of gluing C++ code to Objective C to run all this
stuff in Swarm. I hope to have an announcement about this at ALife
VIII - for a bit of a teaser, take a look at ``A system for reflection
in C++'', on the same publications page.

BTW - for all you MacOSX heads out there, I have just succeeded
yesterday in building and running Ecolab on MacOSX (under X11). Its
not an easy operating system to work with, but seems to be getting
better all the time...

                                                Cheers
