Is this your own simulation? Have you run it through the debugger to find
out exactly what exception is occuring?
If you're coding in Java I am using the same Swarm version and platform as
you, so I could take a look at it if you email it to me directly.

Subject: Exception in Java Method 'updateEvents'

I had been running a simulation under Swarm 2.1.1 installed on Windows 2000
and decided to upgrade to Swarm 2.2 - pretest 6 to take advantage of some of
the new features. Following the directions from the FAQ, the installation
went fine, and I have been able to run other swarm simulations under the new
2.2 version. However, when I try to run the initial simulation under Swarm
2.2, I get the following error message:

*** event raised for error: InvalidOperation
*** function: _i_FCall_c__performCall(), file:
/src/Swarm/swarm/src/defobj/FCall
.m, line: 748
Exception occurred in Java method `updateEvents'
*** execution terminating due to error
/src/Swarm/swarm/src/defobj/Symbol.m:173 -[Error(c) _raiseEvent:]
Signal 6

Does anyone know why I am receiving this message? and how do I go about
resolving this issue? Thanks.

Marc Knight
