If you aren't running from the `javaswarm' script, you'll need
javaswarm.dll in the PATH (e.g. C:\Swarm-2.2\bin), and you'll need 
the dependencies of swarm.dll in the PATH.  One problem that come up
with folks that use the Windows pretest builds is that they get Cygwin,
but don't get the libpng package (that has its own DLL that Swarm was
linked against and thus depend s upon).  If you run javaswarm.dll itswelf from
the command line it should say if there are missing dependencies.
