That is an RPM problem that I've reported at redhat and they are working
on it. There is a tentative fix in the rpms that were announced in the
rpm mailing list day before yesterday.

You still won't get swarm to compile on RH7.1, however, because of a
separate problem in their gcc. If you want it to compile, install
gcc2.95.3. I've got RPMs available, or you can build your own.
