Grab the latest javaswarm.dll.gz, libkaffeswarm.dll.gz and swarm.dll.gz from

  ftp://ftp.swarm.org/pub/swarm/binaries/w32/latest

gunzip, and install in /Swarm-2.1.1/bin, backing up the previous versions.

Also get swarm.jar.gz, gunzip it, and put it in /Swarm-2.1.1/share/swarm.

Or, if you care if your sim works with stock Swarm 2.1.1, just change the
return type of `step' to Object and add a "return this" at the end of that
method.
