It is `doTkEvents' from a message call in the ObserverSwarm
-buildActions implementation:

  [displayActions createActionTo: controlPanel message:  M(doTkEvents)];

I see that `doTkEvents' is deprecated, but haven't yet discovered what
has taken its place.
