swarm-windows: how to set up icon to run my app

this is from usually non-windows user (me):

i tried to add an icon in the start-program-swarm menu
to run a swarm app I compiled and can run under the cywin terminal.
when i poke on the icon it complains about some DLL,
apparently associated with cygwin stuff.

So...what do I have to do to get the icon to start
my program?
