NT install problem

Hi,

Installing on NT 4.0 sp3, I'm getting receiving an "Unexpected PathSet
Failure" during the install. It happens when installing the file
"c:\bin\sh", and the install terminates. I didn't reinstall the cygwin
stuff as I already had v. 20. I've tried installing on in c:\Swarm-2.0
and d:\Swarm-2.0. Any help is appreciated.
