What particular analysis are you looking for. My seagrass models produce
population data (simple pop vs time) and spatial data, which are the
simple ascii grids with values for variables such as age, life stage,
spatial groups and more. I have found many free packages (including R)
which can import and do analysis on both types of output. The raw ascii
output from swarm can usually be imported with a little thought.
If you have specific needs I might be able to at least point you at some
suggestions.
