Finding out why Swarm won't install... |

I am trying to install Swarm on my Mac G3. The installer runs for a while
before crashing. I want to be able to post the list of things it has
accomplished and the error messages, but I am still a linux newbie.
I remember someone on here saying you could do terminal emulation from
emacs? Is that right? How do I do it? I want to be able to save
the output from make to a file so I can read it/post it. My terminal
window in Linux won't let me cut text out.
