You need a fair amount disk space to do the install. 
I'm not sure of the exact number, but its more than 50 MB.

SWARMHOME should be in the environment, so there should be a need
to change the Makefile.  Just remove that assignment.

I've never seen this.  I suggest you go through you autoexec.bat file
and strip out all the Swarm/Tcl/Tk/BLT related stuff.  Free up a bunch
of disk space.  Reboot and then try again.
