Complete support for BLT commands in Windows

I have been making some GUI enhancements to a Swarm application for a
project of mine.  My technique was to send scripts or commands to the
globalTkInterp, and many of these scripts contained BLT commands.  When I
tried to port this application to Windows, the "hierbox" command in
particular, and probably a few others, were not supported.  Is there a way
to get support for all BLT commands in windows?  Thanks.
