suggestion for Debian distribution

Hi,

I have a suggestion for the Debian Swarm distribution. Why not put the
package in a dists/stable/main directory, and have a Packages.gz file in
that directory, so that people can install Swarm using apt-get, which
would automatically get and install the dependent packages? apt-get is the
new Debian package manager.
