interface hierarchy graphs

I've generated some graphs of the Swarm interfaces.  
They're at least amusing if not useful.

Besides the PostScript files, there are per-module .dot files for the
the GraphViz package (http://www.research.att.com/sw/tools/graphviz),
and a protocols.vcg file which is for the VCG graph layout package
(http://www.cs.uni-sb.de/RW/users/sander/html/gsvcg1.html).
The .dot and .vcg files are generated from the protocol.el Emacs program
also found in this directory.
