Please try either:

ftp://ftp.santafe.edu/pub/swarm/
                             
       swarm-1.0.5-i586-pc-linux-gnulibc1.tar.gz

   or, as a last resort:

       swarm-1.0.5-i586-pc-linux-gnulibc1-tcl7.4-tk4.0-blt2.1-libc5.2.18.tar.gz

The problem is that your GNU/Linux configuration is old.
