Schedulling

Hi all,

I've agents with different speed.

I'm creating a dictionnary of agents and a dictionary for
the modelActions. Each element of the dictionnary is a list
of agents with the same speed.

At each time step of the model, I would like to activate
one of this list.

I've some difficulies to create the modelSchedulle.
