Hi Peter,

Two points:

1. Nelson said (among other things):

Note: this implies that there is no need for an actual Counter object, since 
you can actually schedule the stop at the required time (40, 50, whatever).

2. All of this discussion only applies if you have the latest version of 
Swarm, announced on May 13th (swarm-960513).
