thanks for managing GSoC for GNU.

GNUstep:
- min: 1
- max: 1

n.b. Per instructions, I CCed Giuseppe and (hopefully correct) Jose.
However, I could not find an email address for Darshit in my archives;
I'm not even sure which Darshit is an org admin? Hopefully this is
fine.
