It was announced on this mailing list some time ago.
To register, send an email to me and Jose with this information:

Once I get this information, I will send you an invitation for the GSoC.
Phone and AltEmail are not going to be shared publicly, but are required
if we need to quickly communicate with you.
About requesting the number of slots, just sent an email to this mailing
list with the number of minimum and maximum slots:
