    I tried applying GDB for the Summer of Code, but we were not selected.
    Thomas Schwinge says that students can still work on GDB projects,
    under the GNU Project organization. Is this possible?

Sure.

    He also said you could list our ideas, or a link to our ideas page. I
    don't know which would be better.
