[STUMP] [PATCH] Fix build for CLISP installs with dynamic module support

Hi all,

I started messing about with the build system, and promptly discovered
that it doesn't work with the latest CLISP.  Patch attached.  I've
tested with 2.48 and 2.49, but would appreciate it if people could
test with other CLISP versions and/or non-GNU OSs.

(yes, I know this makes us more dependent on autoconf, not less, but I
need the build reliably working before I can break it properly).
