[STUMP] [PATCH] contrib/amixer.lisp cleanup

This just (a) makes some of the code more readable and (b) removes some
redundant/unnecessary junk. As the listed maintainer, I say it's ready (-:

Note that if you use the default keybindings, you're going to need to put 'em in
.stumpwmrc. Sorry; it's just that apparently there's variation on what different
systems call their mixer channels, so I figured it should be left up to the
user.
