[STUMP] [PATCH] Use StumpWM in README and stumpwm.texi

Hello!

The attached patch replaces Stupmwm with StumpWM in README and
stumpwm.texi (corresponding to patch [1] and [2] in the Debian source
package).  The rationale:

1) the Stump Window Manager (semi-) "acronym" should be with uppercase
   letters (at least this is what I know about acronym formation)

2) sometime (e.g. in the NEWS file and in the community wiki page
   [3]) it's StumpWM (with uppercase)
