wish/bug on proxy handling

Hi list,

I had a little problem with streamtuner (excellent software anyway),
using streamripper. I am behind a proxy and set it into streamtuner
preferences, so i could listen stream without problems. but this
parameter is not transmitted when spawning a shell process for
streamripper, so i get a connection error. Could you add this feature?
