ibmtts and 64 bit platforms

You will have to do more than that though, because, if you want to force
a 32 bit build of the ibmtts module when you are on a 64 bit platform,
you also must build 32 bit versions of the audio and common libraries.
 as well as have separate build directories where the objects and
 library files will be stored.
