Hi Andrei,
Most of the bulk of patch 4/4 comes from renames.  What would be gained
by splitting it further?

This has been in the queue since August 2nd.  It really needs to move,
and it works for me.  Unless I missed something, and someone else sees
something horribly wrong, I want to push it.

The remainder are handled by his other patches.  Apply them as a series,
and then look.

Granted, he left both in @c LocalWords.
