Hi all.
I am running speech-dispatcher from git and I found the following
problem when using ibm tts:
When I type the characters < and >, they are not echoed.
If they are present in a text like <html> they are not read too.
I remember that the same problem was present in open-TTS and Rui Batista
came with a patch to solve it.
