Hi all
I have downloaded the latest spamass-milter compiled and installed it as
such:
rc.local contains:
usr/bin/spamd -C /etc/mail/spamassassin/ -d -s local5
/usr/local/sbin/spamass-milter -r 9 -f -b address@hidden -u
defaultuser -x -p /var/run/spamass.sock
Sendmail is Sendmail 8.13.8 configured via m4 with
INPUT_MAIL_FILTER(`spamassassin', `S=local:/var/run/spamass.sock, F=,
T=C:15m;S:4m;R:4m;E:10m')dnl
define(`confMILTER_MACROS_CONNECT',`t, b, j, _, {daemon_name},
{if_name}, {if_addr}')dnl
define(`confMILTER_MACROS_HELO',`s, {tls_version}, {cipher},
{cipher_bits}, {cert_subject}, {cert_issuer}')dnl
And my spamassassin works correctly if I run it via procmail
Sending an email through the mail server ends up with the following
header being added:
X-Spam-Checker-Version: SpamAssassin 3.1.7 (2006-10-05) on
linux.example.co.za
However no X-Spam-Status header is ever returned.
What am I configuring incorrectly - obviously it is something I am not
passing correctly to spamc or receiving back from spamd but I have no
idea what it is I am doing wrong.
thanks
Evan
