Hi,

I don't think you understand what the other people try to say.

When your server only has ~200k keys from the grand total of ~5M,
your server will be rendered useless for days or even weeks while
it tries to catch up through gossiping. Whilst synchronizing with 
other peers, no request will be handled. Also, this generates avoidable traffic.
 
So please get a fresh dump from e. g. mattrude's server and import it 
*completely*.
After your server shows ~5M keys, peering with your server will not harm anyone 
and
the current operators will add your server as a peering partner. :)
