Have you had a go at this page:

It's pretty straight forward. I don't recall anything special for web access
other than placing your sks behind a reverse proxy (I use nginx) and having
your web frontend files in place. The reverse proxy is a requirement for pool
inclusion as well.
Also you should set initial-stat: in your sksconf so your stats page is Auto
generated at boot time.
You should be all set then.
