[Sks-devel] Seeking peers for a.keys.wolfined.com

Hi,

I am looking for peers for a new SKS keyserver installation.

I am running SKS version 1.1.6, Debian package install, on
a.keys.wolfined.com.
We are an ISP. The server is physically located in France (EU).
The machine will have IPv6 connectivity at a later time but for now it
is IPv4 only.

I have loaded a keydump from https://pgp.key-server.io/sks-dump/, dated
2016-12-08.
I see 4 514 379 keys loaded.
