Both oceania and south america are now down to 1 monitoring agent in
each pool, Europe is the best covered and also location of my own
services and northern america is in a good state.

That should be it, for my own purposes I also need the OpenPGP key /
general contact info of the operator so that I can contact (e.g if I
know of an upcoming IP address switch on my side and the access to host
is IP-restricted as recommended), but that is normally gotten during the
initial setup.
