Cypher,

In the sks directory, you'll want to put the keydump in a subfolder called 'dump'. Then run sks_build.sh but use the normalbuild option. Depending on your system spec you may have to adjust the options within the file.

Hi Everyone,

I'm currently working on setting up a new public keyserver at
pgp.cpunk.us and have run into a problem populating the database with
the latest key dump.

I'm running Ubuntu 12.04 and I've installed sks by typing

apt-get install sks

Things went fine and I downloaded a dump of the keys, current as of this
morning. Next, I typed

/usr/lib/sks/sks_build.sh

and I chose the fastbuild option (I was in the directory directly above
the key dump files but I've also tried this from within the directory
with the files and had the same result).

The result of the command was this:

=== Running (fast)build... ===
=== Cleaning key database... ===
Fatal error: exception Not_found
Command failed unexpectedly. Bailing out

As you can see, it looks like the fast build and cleanup might have
happened but it literally took seconds so I'm not sure. Of course,
there's also the "not found" exception that worries me and the fact that
the software bailed instead of exiting normally.

Has anyone run into this? Is there anything I can do to get around the
error? Is this normal?

Thanks,
Cypher
