[Sks-devel] Another outage

keyservers.org had another brief (couple of hours) outage today due to
another thunderstorm in the DC area.  Power and internet has since been
restored, but thousands of people in the DC area aren't yet as lucky.
Other keyservers in the DC Metro Area may be down as well.

Apparently, the local power utility is unable to keep service going
whenever there's a single lightning bolt within twenty miles of the
Washington Monument.  I apologize to those inconvenienced.
