The pubkeys in SKS key servers are oblivious to distro politics as well
as hosting, bandwidth, attitudes, FHS and even OCAML.
Why bother torquing the engineering to the politics and attempting to make
a statement? E.g. the SRV weights already indicate some high bandwidth
available (assuming the SRV weights are sane, hard to tell atm).
