I'll save off my existing KBD and PTree directories on one of the

sks build doesn't like pre-existing directories either, unless you hack the 
code.

It feels, more likely, to me, a problem with the DB->open code in fastbuild.ml.
(But as I've said before I don't use fastbuild, I'm no fan of it)
