Several months ago there was discussion abut SKS's server code being unable to
serve several types of ancillary files used by advanced web pages.

I need help from those people to test what is in place currently and to help
work out the automatic index page name search (the server should serve the page
if requested by name, but isn't yet configured to look for the page name if not
furished).

The one thing you need is a build of my branch's current head so you pick up the
new bits of code:

8c4808b93cf1 While we're at it, add .css and text/css MIME type to server

b284342783f6 Add file extesnions .xml, .xhtm, .xhtml, along with MIME type
                application/xhtml+xml to server

765668415285 Added extensions .jpeg, .htm, .es, .js, and associated MIME
                types to server code

This sounds more difficult than it is. Eric Christensen just did a successful
build from scratch on Fedora 15. If you want to participate in the testing and
are unsure about building SKS from scratch, contact me offline. You need
mercurial, ocaml (3.10.2+) and Berkeley DB devel (<=db4.7)

If building SKS is too much, but you can design a web page using these advanced
features: CSS, ECMAscript, JavaScript, etc... contact me. I may be able to offer
you somewhere to test.

Regards,

- -John
