Commits d79d269c37e6 and 454a88931caf are not right. Althought the
wording may be awkward what the doc said was right. Here is my
understanding after reading fastbuild.ml. It reads a batch of keys
from the dump file then prepare commits it into Berkeley DB. The
number of keys in each batch is really n*15,000, so n is *not* a
number of files but the number a 15,000 keys. How to write this in a
easily understandable way, I do not know.
