I don't quite understand.
I use external css files on sks.pkqs.net ...

The "trick" is: index.html comes from the sks-integrated web-server
stub, the css and png files are provided by an Apache on port 80.

Perhaps I have to mention that I still use version 1.0.10. If things did
not change, then index.html is not inlined into the ocaml code.
Hence I could just use my favourite (self-made) index.html without
knowing any ocaml.
