That's your problem: ^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Host cybernude.org is 173.230.137.73, but your SKS seems to be listening
on the other IP. And query to that IP works,
http://74.207.225.79:11371/pks/lookup?search=eygene+ryabinkin&op=vindex
