[Sks-devel] Failure while binding socket

Hi,

I have installed sks 1.1.0 on ubuntu 8.10 and successfully imported the keydump 
from ftp://ftp.pramberger.at/services/keyserver/keydump/
Afterwards I tried to start the database but it failed with the error message: 
Failure while binding socket.  Probably another socket bound to this address

Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Here's the complete console log:

    The keydump can be removed after the import.
