[Sks-devel] sks 1.0.9 standalone and error msg

Hi,
I try to configure sks 1.0.9/FreeBSD 4.10-p3 as standalone server - no mailsync
partners, no gossip partners.

I started sks with: 
 sks db -disable_mailsync

but sks fill log.db with following error messages:
2004-11-14 09:00:16 <mail transmit keys> error in callback.: Failure("No 
partners specified")

"membership" file doesn't exists in my installation, so I don't understand,
why it complain.
