Ahh, that makes sense. :)
Well, keyserver.mine.nu was on the 161 for some time, but i needed to
change it. I restarted sks a few times after it, so theoretically it
should have got the new IP.
Looks like it did not, but now i added recon_address to the sksconf to
force it to use the 162.
Should be ok now.
