One of my two systems had a "basedir" option in sksconf, and the log
showed it trying to open "/opt/sks//opt/sks/KDB/key". Taking out the
basedir worked (my scripts already cd'd into /opt/sks).
I guess the path-creation code was changed slightly since v1.0.4. I
meant to bring this up after I saw it.
