Webpage: Links to plug-in collections (closes sf#533698)

I've closed sf bug#533698.
There are links to Pieter's and Christof's plug-in collections
now on the add on page.

I guess that until Christian makes more progress with the new
generation of webpages, we should fix some bugs on the current ones.

If someone spots mistakes on the current webpages 
or want to have a news item added, just produce a patch
to make it easier to integrate.
