The following allowed me to run a python script:
> rm src/_pysimulavr.so
> export LIBIBERTY=-liberty
> make

In the anacomp directory, "make do_python" ran, but not well.
The gui.tcl (!) window comes up small, hard to notice and nonfunctional.
The ddd window is much bigger.
It comes up with two messages: "No code" and "checkdebug.gdb: no such file or
directory".
I think that there might be an incantation to make it work,
but I don't remember the incantation.
