I'm at it again.  In running my .elf file, I had a routine which tried to
grab TCNT1.  I realized that I had not found anything in devsupp.c which
defines things like timers, etc.  I also didn't see anything to define the
I/O register addresses (like is done in the avr-gcc files ioxxxx.h).  What
am I missing here?
