I encountered possible issue the the dfa-bug when building
with musl-libc - will send a separate email.
otherwise, looks good.
No test failures on all the following:
Ubuntu 14.04, 15.04, 16.04
Ubuntu 14.04 also with gcc-4.9, gcc-5.4, gcc-6.2, clang-3.9, clang-4.0
CentOS 6.5, 7.0
Debian 7.6, 8.1
Fedora 25, 24, 23, 22
OpenSUSE 42.1, 13.2
OpenBSD 6.0, 5.9, 5.8
FreeBSD 11p1, 10.3, 9.3
NetSD 7.0.1, 6.1.4
Trisquel 6.0.1, 7.0 (ubuntu derivative)
Darwin 14.5.0, 15.6.0
GNU Hurd 0.7
SunOS 5.10/5.11 (sun4v and i86pc)
and on:
Fedora 20 (ppc64)
Fedora 21 (ppc64le)
Ubuntu 14.04 (aarch64)
Ubuntu 15.04 (i686)
OpenSolaris 5.11 (i86, sun4u)
I do not have results yet for Mac OS X.
Two issues which I think are minor:
TinyCC compiler (tcc) fails to compile 'sed', due to a compiler bug
(http://lists.nongnu.org/archive/html/tinycc-devel/2015-12/msg00018.html).
On AIX 7.1, one gnulib test fail (test-localename) but sed tests pass.
Also builds fine on cygwin and mingw, but many test fail (likely due to
missing EXE extension, https://bugs.gnu.org/25501 ).
I did not test further on cygwin/mingw except building.
