I'm pleased to announce that Sadrul Habib Chowdhury is now a
co-maintainer for GNU Screen, and will be taking my place as I will be
stepping down from the official title.

I do plan on continuing to do more-or-less exactly what I do, continuing
with an "as-I-have-time" thing, and in giving (or trying to give) Wget
the priority in my free development time.

Sadrul started pitching in with Screen at very nearly the same time I
did (late July/early August 2008). And he's been doing the same sorts of
things I've been doing, plus one important difference: he's actually
managed to get a significant amount of actual coding done. ;)

At this point, he's demonstrated excellent judgment in implementing
fixes for Screen and a solid understanding of its internals, and so it
made more sense to me for him to be a maintainer than for myself. Plus,
as I've found I continue to have limited free time, Wget has been
suffering a good deal from lack of attention, so I need a bit more
freedom to return my focus to it.
