Details:

I build screen from fresh git tree at rev
adae52b23afab11376e6f5cc02fbb178d299ab30

I noticed strange bug which happens in my setup:
konsole + screen
In konsole I have custom keymap where
"Right+Shift" produces "\x01n" (Ctrl+a N)
I noticed that when I used Shift+Right key combination I keep getting letters
printed in each screen windows. The letter seem to depend on a last escape
sequence handled by "screen".

I used "git bisect" to find the commit responsible for the problem and found
the innocent looking commit:
2fab4d6f7372824feb890d6c74b31ffaacfcad09
"use size_t in ProcessInput"

After I reverted the commit the problem went away.

I use Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS
x86_64
